Troubleshooting
Skin looks cloudy after dishwasher?
We suggest hand washing, however they are dishwasher safe.
If your Sili Skin becomes hazy after dishwashing:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C
- Place the Sili Skin on a clean rack or baking paper
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Carefully remove
- While still warm, wash with hot water and dishwashing liquid
- Repeat if required.
Trouble installing your Sili Skin?
For easier installation:
- Thoroughly wet the inside of the Sili Skin
- Wet the outside of your bottle
- Follow the QR code video tutorial included with your order.
Alternatively, isopropyl alcohol spray works even better and dries faster than water.
Skin seems loose?
In extreme heat (such as leaving your bottle in the car all day in 40°C weather), the Sili Skin may loosen from the bottle. If this is the case, simply pop it in the freezer overnight and it will 'shrink' back to its original size.
Pre-Order Updates

8.5cm, 10cm & 12cm sizes opened for pre-order.
All five sizes have been packaged and are ready to be loaded onto a cargo ship.
Estimated dispatch: early April.

If there are no port delays, we are now expecting to dispatch late March.

Container arrived into port today. We are now just waiting on the container to come off the ship, clear customs, and be delivered to us. Generally this takes about 2 weeks.
