IMORTANT INFO REGARDING ORDERS PLACED IN JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST 2026

We are flying out of the country on 19th June for 6 weeks - however we will leave the website open for you to place orders as usual. 
Please take a good look at the dates below before you place your order to make sure you know of the delays which may occur between you placing your order and it being made.

10th JUNE 2026
10th of June marks the last day for you to order and have a guarantee the order will be completed prior to us closing.

11th - 16th JUNE 2026
Any orders placed between 11th - 16th June will attempt to be completed prior to us closing. There is no guarantee for orders placed within these dates
Side note- Orders that contain Sili Skins ONLY will be guaranteed to be completed before we close.

17th JUNE - 2nd AUGUST 
No orders will be actioned.

3rd AUGUST 
We will commence making and posting orders.

TURN AROUND TIME
We expect our turn-around time to be up to 2-3 weeks once we return.

RUSH FEE
We have added an item called ‘RUSH FEE’ - if you need your order urgently made & posted once we return, you can pay a rush fee to have your order pushed to the front of the queue and not wait for the full turn around time. Simply add it to your cart prior to paying.

ANY ORDERS PLACED AND THEN CANCELLED DUE TO THIS INFORMATION NOT BEING READ WILL BE ELLIGBLE FOR A PARTIAL REFUND ONLY - PLEASE SEE OUR INFO > FAQ PAGE IN OUR MAIN MENU.
