Postage
Postage Information
All orders are designed, made, and shipped from our warehouse in Burswood, Perth (Western Australia).
Please make sure you place your order with plenty of time before your special event or when the item is needed.
When planning your order, please consider both our production (turnaround) time and postage time, as these are separate.
Turnaround time refers to the time it takes for us to make your order before it is posted.
Postage time refers to how long the delivery network takes to get the parcel to you.
Delivery times can vary depending on:
- The postage option selected at checkout (Regular or Express)
- Your location
- How busy the delivery network is (for example during peak periods like Christmas)
Once your order has been posted, delivery is handled by the courier or Australia Post, and delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
Delivery time estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Occasionally parcels may take longer due to weather events, peak periods, or courier network delays.
Please note: selecting Express Post means faster delivery in transit, but it does not mean your order will be made faster.
We currently use Australia Post for the majority of parcels, however sometimes also use couriers such as Couriers Please, and Aramex. All orders are sent from Perth, Western Australia.

Some larger items and wholesale parcels will have a higher postage price calculated at the checkout based on items in the cart.

If your address is outside of Australia Post's Express Post network, delivery may take slightly longer.
International Postage
We ship worldwide.
If the website says an item cannot be shipped to your country, please contact us.
We can organise a postage quote and then enable your country on the website so you can complete your order.
Failed Deliveries
If your tracking shows no delivery update or stops scanning, we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post or the courier, and work with them to resolve the issue. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will replace your order.
If the tracking shows the parcel was successfully delivered, but you have not received it, we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
If they confirm the parcel was delivered (for example through GPS location, safe drop photo evidence or a signature), we are unfortunately unable to replace the items. In this situation, we recommend lodging a stolen goods report with the police.
Untracked Post
For some smaller items, we offer a cheaper Regular Post (untracked) option.
Please note that this option:
- Does not include tracking
- Does not include insurance
Because we cannot track these parcels, lost items cannot be replaced free of charge.
This option is available for customers wanting to keep postage costs low and within their budget, however we strongly recommend choosing a tracked postage option (Regular Tracked or Express Post) for peace of mind.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email strachancreative@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please include:
- A photo of the outside packaging (including the shipping label)
- Photos of the damaged item
Once we receive your email, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include:
- A replacement item (if time allows before your event)
- A store credit for a future purchase
Please note: If your parcel was delivered via Australia Post, they require the receiver to lodge the damage claim directly.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available 24/7 from Burswood, WA (6100).
Simply select Local Pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with collection instructions.
