2024-2025 Silly Season Information

PLEASE NOTE:
We are flying out of the country on 23rd December for a well deserved break.
Any orders placed from Wednesday 17th December onwards will not be made before we go away, and your order will get pushed to next year.

NO ORDERS WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 17th DECEMBER - 23rd JANUARY.
The website will remain open during this time, so you will still be able to place your orders - there will just be a delay in your order being made. 
Orders made during this time, will start being made 24th Jan - please allow up to a 2 week turn around time for us to get through the back-log. 

ANY ORDERS PLACED AND THEN CANCELLED DUE  WILL BE ELLIGBLE FOR A PARTIAL REFUND ONLY - PLEASE SEE OUR INFO > FAQ PAGE IN OUR MAIN MENU. 
We do not get the back fee's we are changed for accepting your order and payment, so it is unfair for us to be out of pocket for your choice to cancel.

CHRISTMAS ARRIVAL DATE GUARANTEE & TRACKING:
We never offer any guarantees for your order to arrive by a certain date.
Once your order is posted, we can not control what happens.
We wish we could deliver them personally to control what happens, just like Santa does.
We are happy to answer any questions regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, however we can generally only see the same as what you can on your tracking.
If you chose the non-tracked option at the checkout, unfortunately I can only give you information on when your order was posted, and an approximate date range which is normal to expect the order to arrive.
